Hear + Do
James 1:22 I have found that sitting in church is easy. A free cup of coffee, a donut and hundreds of smiling people. It’s easy to make friends, or fellowship as we call it, accept a hug or a smile. But what I have found far more difficult to execute is the doing of the word. It’s easier to remain lazy. To show up for a weekly dose of religion and then live the rest of our lives as if His love doesn’t apply to us. What are your thoughts on James 1:22 and how do you “Do”?But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.
